After 2 unsuccessful attempts requesting they reach out, you are getting a negative review from our visit on 7/1. I want to express my frustration and deep disappointment in our experience last night. We (wife, 11 yo daughter, and daughter's friend) arrived for our 7:45 reservation with pretty high expectations after a fun day in the waterpark. Very misleading reviews on Google. My pork chop was dry. The mashed potatoes were literally boiled then mashed potatoes, with no discernable cream, butter, or flavor. My wife ordered a medium rare NY strip, came out medium well. The quality of the beef was below what you can get at heb for ~$20/lb. The sushi looked pretty decent. Any drink order took about 15 minutes, they were not particularly busy. Fairly typical for a resort restaurant I guess, but their rating makes it seem like good food. Just trying to do my part.
Expensive steak was overcooked and they didn’t do anything about it. Service was terrible. Worst $100 dinner (for one person) ever. Not worth the convenience.
Took my daughter here for her 40th birthday. We had the best waiter ever. The appetizers were absolutely delicious. The drinks were absolutely delicious. The desserts were absolutely delicious. But the entrées were bland. I got the prime rib 50$ and I didn’t bother eating it because I’m going to take it home and try to add some flavor to it and make sandwiches.
