Charged me almost $500. Have found so many problems that should have been caught. He told me the inspection would take 3 hours it took less than 2. Was awsome with our first inspection, not, sure what changed 4 year later.
Paul is a good and fair inspector- he looked at everything and gave us his professional opinion on how resolve any problems he saw. He not only gave me referrals on other inspectors (which all were good and professional), he called them and set up all the appointments for me to co-insided with his- which was a huge service giving this busy time for us.
