Looked for food in the area after Trainfest 2016 on Saturday evening. My wife's phone gave some nearby selections - one of them being "Double B's BBQ". We had to wait a bit - but got to taste some of their wonderful crafted cocktails. I had the combo with Baby Backs and Brisket with the coleslaw and beans as sides. This was HANDS DOWN one of the best plates of BBQ I have ever had. We will definitely be back!!!

We had Double B's food truck come to our church today and it was a hit! We were celebrating a 3 yr campaign and having them on site put the event over-the-top. Delicious food & amazing service! Thank you Double B

I went for lunch for the first time Saturday and I was somewhat hesitant at first but I absolutely loved it. I love my Texas bbq and normally am very disappointed with anything I try outside of the state. I sat at the bar and the staff seemed really busy and I didn't mind the wait, it was well worth it. My husband & I took our middle daughter there for dinner last night & we all Loved it!! We truly EnJoYed the Burnt Ends, Maple Pecan Squash, Mac & Cheese, slaw, cornbread muffins & especially the Pecan Pie. Everything was Yummolicious!!! And look forward to eating there again.
There's a hidden gem in the city of West Allis and it's Double B's BBQ! This was our first visit and it definitely won't be the last.
Best brisket that I've ever had!!! The sides were great too.

Excellent spare ribs, brisket was moist and tender. Took some friends there a month ago, they want to go every week. Could use one hotter sauce option but that's my personal taste. Trying to work our way through the menu . .will be back many times. .

Double B's/Timbers Catering catered our wedding this last weekend. Rave reviews from everyone! Great service and phenomenal food...best wedding food ever! Get rid of the rubber chicken at weddings. Great prices.
