Hands down best customer service you will ever get anywhere. What you get at Dottie's goes beyond customer service actually. When my insurancinsurance company would not cover a drug I needed, Dottie's spent the next month going through appeals. When my insurance compancompany still wouldn't approve me, Dottie's contacted the pharmaceutical company directly and got me enrolled in a program to get the medication for FREE!!
