Great customer service from Gaby on a busy Thursday night at Garden city
I shop a lot at Dotti. Today I was at their mount gravatt store for some formals. The customer service assistant was super friendly and helpful. I forgot to ask her name, but she was the girl with a braid and bangs, and she was so nice. Thanks for the help and cheers to a truly amazimg customer service!
Thank you very much to the very helpful Emely at Garden City today. The vest I wanted wasn’t available in store so she offered to have delivered to my house for free and she able to price match all my purchases. What an amazing service.

Went on 19/03/2024 nearly 4:25 pm in the store. The staff were so rude and arrogant. They talked about customers appearances and judge them. Disheartened to realise that people like them exist in the world.
