It was a delight to be served by Sim today at Dotti Booragoon. She was genuinely friendly, proficient and very helpful. It was a pleasant change and well above the service I've received at Dotti and many other stores.
We had a great experience at dotti shopping for jeans. Bonnie was very knowledgeable and kind and she helped us so much to find the jeans that fit for us. She went out of her way to help us and was very friendly. Thanks Bonnie!
Dotti quality has taken a nose dive in recent years. Staff are still friendly and helpful tho
