I've, my entire family, have been customers since the late '70's. Excellent is an understatement. They always go above and beyond in their performance. Period.
Owner Operator and his crew of mechanics are still friendly, fair, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go out of their way and that extra mile to make sure you get what you need and what you want at a reasonable price. Who could ask for more than that? Whether it's a routine oil change or a total engine overhaul, this is a place you can trust.
Dropped my Toyota Highlander off to have them repair a wheel and tire that Walmart managed to put on backwards then stripped the stud on my wheel so they couldn’t even get it back off to put it back on correctly. Dotson had my Highlander for less than 24 hours. My dad has been taking all of our families vehicles there for the past few years and has been impressed every time! Thank goodness! Highly recommend!
OUTSTANDING !! This place is the most honest repair shop we have ever been to. Very friendly, fair prices and they get the job done quickly. This will be the only place we will take our vehicles to from now for any repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Friendly and honest small town shop. Communicates very well and knows what they’re doing. When I can’t fix an issue myself this is the shop I use!
