I'm not complaining or anything but I took my son there yesterday for his 15month check up and I waited a long time, people who got there after me got called back before we did.. and I noticed all the kids who had a check or what not always got like a sticker or a book after the appointment and yet my son got nothing and threw a fit when he saw a little kid get a book. Don't get me wrong I love this place I've been going there since I was a kid and my son has the same doctor I did.
My walk in visit went extremely fast and the Dr put my mind at ease about my three month old sons health. Thankfully his lungs were clear and he's doing even better today.
Dothan Peds is the best. My children have been to several pediatric places but none can compare to the genuine care and treatment my children received here.
My kids were called right to the back seen their doctor and we were gone before I knew it. I love Dothan pediatrics.
I took both my sick babies to see doctor Ramsey yesterday, when I was signing them in I was informed that my son wasn't in the computer for an appointment. They lady continued to tell me that he wouldn't be able to be seen because there where no more available appointments... she said I'd have to talk to the nurse. I enjoy this network of Drs, my boys can be seen without an ER visit. It was extra busy yesterday when we were in there. But normally its not all that bad. I am very thankful for the Ozark location, it makes so mucher closer to be seen by a top notch Dr without having to go so far. As we think a whole of Dr. Brown!
