My daughter (6 years old) has a rare genetic disorder and is physically and mentally delayed. She has been having various eye issues and we were in need of a second opinion. Dr. Griffin and his staff were WONDERFUL! They were all so patient and kind! Glad our family has now found our “home” for eye care.
I enjoy coming into the office as personnel are always professional, polite, friendly and very receptive. They are able to smile when you talk to them and laugh as well. It is a pleasure to have staff that respond as human beings and not robots. In this day of technology we have lost our communication skills. Dothan Optometric Clinic has reclaimed this lost art and shares the talent with their patients.
