RecommendedI love Dr Carroll. I was worked in both times I had dental emergencies. He has a wonderful personality and manner about him that is very soothing to chickens like me. His staff is great too. Very professional and nice.
Try and see you some time around your appointment time they made weeks in advance.
I had a root canal today. Dr Carroll was awesome! His assistant Emily was wonderful too. Very caring and so sweet. 🙂
African American Patients Are Mistreated At Dothan Endodontics
Staff appears friendly with exception. Female, tall, with long brown hair violated my HIPPA, and privacy rights. She yelled from the window my personal information as I sit in waiting room amongst other waiting clients. Dr. Carroll himself was rude, uncaring and displayed racist behaviors. He referred to me as a girl in spite of my asking him not to, on three occasions. Furthermore he became upset when I asked him to call me Miss L. I would rather give my money to a quack then see this obnoxious racist again!
Not this Dr’s first rodeo. Experience makes a difference. Great music also.
They were great, no pain, I recommend them highly
The staff were all so friendly. Dr. Van Carroll was gentle and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you, guys!
930 appointment at 12 noon it will be another hour to hour and a half! Drove 1 1/2 hours to wait 3 hours! Unprofessional! Waiting room full of unhappy customers, one in pain!
