Had an appointment at the Evertt clinic @ 5. New patient. It took 1hr and 10min to get there due to weather and road closers. We informed the physician that we were running 15 min late via MyChart check-in. We got to the practice reception which was in a different building than check-in kiosks before 5.15min. We were informed the physician left 5 min ago. The receptionist stated they did not receive the message from the MyChart check-in, they do not know who gets the check-in notifications. Dr. Dote is a very knowledgable, young doctor who is excellent at what she does. She explains everything in a way I can understand. All of their testing equipment is modern and state of the art. I enjoy going to her every year. She always makes me laugh.
