Absolutely horrible service and should have his license revoked! This whole place is in need of being shut down or looked at because their quality of care is absolutely horrible and a waste of time. My Mother was coming for therapies here for an injury she sustained during her time working and instead of helping her get better and make sure shes getting the type of care that she needs and is feeling heard. Great DOT office, was in and out very quick and in a professional manner.
I brought my mother here for a physical exam, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited over two hours past our scheduled appointment time, with no communication or updates from the staff. During that time, we witnessed two other patients expressing frustration about the doctor’s unprofessional and unempathetic attitude, and instead of addressing their concerns respectfully, the reception staff laughed about it.
