Then they send bill saying that service was actually not covered by insurance. Highly unethical practice. They have also started adding a "COVID" fee when you are checking out. What?

AVOID DOSSETT DENTAL 'S AWFUL QUALITY AND SERVICE. We paid for several crowns only to have them fall out within 24 hours! When confronted with their failures, Dossett Dental's management response was "...was intact when xxxxxx left our office per our documentation". Another crown was installed with a gaping hole in the top. Their prices are also far above other local dentists and they will force you to take out a loan prior to leaving the office so they WILL get paid regardless of their failure to deliver quality serv... read more
