Can't agree more with Ms. Vazquez. This company is very sneaky. They don't have staff to explain the results for you, but they do have staff to continue billing you even after you asked them to stop the poor service. Do NOT waste time on them.
FRAUD Company. If you ever see dosimetry badge do not get them. Especially since this company is a 100% fraud company. When I had to involve my credit card company so many things of fraud with this company arose with the dispute department. Save yourself time and avoid this company and pray they go out of business forever!
Would not recommend this company. They have repeatedly billed and harassed me over returned badges. I have no use for their product it was returned. They don't send return envelopes that track but will ask you for tracking information. When you ask for an account specialist you get the same person who scores a zero in customer satisfaction. They must really need sixty bucks desperately. Same as the previous review. On 10/29/21 I purchased the service of having radiation exposure measured for one of my employees who was pregnant. I was promised a monthly report so that we could see the amount of radiation my employee was receiving during the first critical months of pregnancy. On 11/09/21 I received the first dosimeter.
