After going to Kool Smiles (nightmare of a place) 2 times with my granddaughter I was relived and pleasantly surprised with service. Clean and definitely not a circus atmosphere.
I went to this office looking for information on getting a partial. I cold not believe the cost compared to other dentist offices. The wait may be a litte long sometimes weather it be paying by cash or Mass Health. The dentist herself does most of the work with very little help. I like this...Going for an impression soon...went once but couldn't get back in time... after 2 wks you need to have another one done just in case shifting of the teeth or whatever occurrs...so that is where I am now...I will write more when it is do... read more
Dental Dream, more like dental nightmare. I went in on September 1 with a toothache. Friday I went back for an extraction of this troublesome tooth. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour I was asked if I was waiting for someone. When I told them I had an appointment everyone seemed surprised, even though my name was onn the sign in sheet. My advise - do not go to this dental office if you do not have a MASS/Health card.
