Minus 5, would be appropriate! Sept 4, 2025 I arrived 10 min early for my 9:30AM cut & color with a "Master" stylist, I had used twice before with good, not great results? I came in for a blow dry and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. My hair wasn’t even shampooed twice, which is normally standard for a proper blow dry, and the end result wasn’t smooth at all, very frizzy. My hair doesn’t feel clean at all. I have extensions and underneath doesn’t feel like it was even washed. Very disappointed.

Not the best customer service, by far. Got checked in by a grumpy person. Got called for my cut by a grumpy stylist. In fact she only ever said 6 words to me through the entire cut. “Do you color your own hair?” To which I replied “ No, I am desperate for a cut and color but don’t have time today for everything, so it’s just the cut”. Then silence. Mind you, I don’t need chit chat but it was weird and awkward and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. I booked a same-day appointment with Sarah my first time here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. My hair turned out exactly how I had imagined it and Sarah was so much fun. She’s both sweet and talented so I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist to go to. I’ll definitely be back, thank you Sarah and Dosha Salon! 🫶

Sarah is amazing! She is so nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. Willing to answer any questions I have and is very thoughtful and respectful when discussing hair plans. I have gotten my hair cut and dyed by her and I plan to continue doing all my hair services with Sarah for the foreseeable future. Thanks for being awesome :)
