I am extremely disappointed with both my experience at Dosha Bridgeport and the way management handled my complaint afterward. Several weeks before my son's wedding, I booked an appointment specifically for a wedding updo. I explained the length of my hair and specifically requested someone experienced in doing updos because of how important the occasion was. I’ve been getting my hair colored and cut by Aveda Master Stylist Kim for over a decade now since we’ve moved here from WA. She is the only one who has been able to get my natural color/tone correctly and also to give me a haircut that suits my texture. This is saying a lot since I’m now in my 60’s.
