Wow. I've never seen a place like this. Spectacular food. As a yoga teacher and student I very much appreciate this food and way of living. Sonia really puts her heart in it. I highly recommend everyone to at least give it a try, and you will probably go back.
This cafe is absolutely spectacular! Where else can you get delicious, made to order Ayurvedic food in South Florida? The answer is no where else! The service is first class. The owners truly care about serving up delicious, healing food. As well as providing a caring and loving atmosphere. I had the Almond ginger burger which was out of this world good. Can't wait to go back again, and again...and again. AWESOME!!
