Had Brad out to measure full replacement of windows for my house.waited 2 weeks no reply so rang to report and sure enough got a quote same day only trouble was no price for mesh and grill ring again and told would get straight onto and send it through.5days later still waiting.How hopeless could they Extremely.

I just absolutely love the windows and doors that I ordered from Dortec. Excellent quality!! Even the builders made a comment about the quality. Great service and the order was delivered ahead of schedule which was fantastic. I made the order by phone but was so glad I went to the office to view colours. Ended up choosing another colour which I love. Thank you Jackson and team. A very happy customer 👍
