Early on we had a communication issue but not a big deal - I had wanted to be present when the arborist came to our house for an estimate. I had specific questions since we had a unique situation with our very large and very old silver maples. Instead, they left an estimate on our door after stopping by unannounced. However, we cleared that up and they came out a couple times so we could talk things through. I was impressed and went with Dorshak over three other tree services. All went well from that point on.
