Update! That’s a damn lie. I’ve called Cary numerous times and left a voicemail mail for Michael without any response. I do not recommend. They do not prioritize potential clients and have horrible responsiveness. See Yelp Reviews!!! I’ve been trying to get a returned called from Cary Lyle for at least the last 2 months regarding a rental listing. I left a message for Michael Rogers, the president, regarding this issue but unfortunately that call hasn’t been returned yet. Big example of leadership and professionalism.

On Aug 22, 2024 I put a contract on a new property, the next day I wired $20,000 in earnest money. On Sept 20th, 2024 I cancelled the sales contract and requested my earnest money back, as of Oct 2, 2024 I have still NOT received my earnest money back. This firm must like to live off the float, very hard to recoup your own money. Do not use this company.
