Very knowledgeable. Great staff. Very friendly. They address the root problem not just the symptoms.
I had a visit with Dr. Dorsett 2 yrs ago and gave a thorough explanation about pre menopausal conditions. Unfortunately, Dr. Dorsett is not available and have to see Megan the nurse practitioner. This was the WORST experience! First thing they asked is to pay $125 fee, then just before my turn, the last patient came out and asked her to pay the fee AFTER she was seen. Dr. Dorsett was extremely busy the 1st time I saw her, but made time to answer my question and had an AWESOME bed-side manner. LOVE her... recommended by a friend and she is now one of my favorites :) 04/13/2023 - WOW, writing an add on after 8 years :) - I LOVE Maegan! She is absolutely amazing, Best EVER. Received an appointment confirmation email. Responded to that email canceling the appointment but staff said they don’t check that email (possibly a no-reply address?). Apparently they can’t even receive email responses through their appointment confirmation software. Of course, when I called the office the next day I got a voicemail. Finally, I got an after-hours text with a next-day appointment reminder. Horrible office! My favorite nurse practitioner moved here so I made an appointment for mid November. Everything went fine till after my labs. It’s the beginning of January and I still don’t have my prescriptions that were supposedly called in in the middle of November. I ended having to make another appointment with a different facility because of Heather at their office lying and saying after a month of calls and texts to try and get my medication I was rude to her.
