Terrible service! When in to trade in our Nissan Altima and the Salesperson was slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to work with us to make a sale. We had to make a 100% refundable deposit just to start the process of leasing our 9th!!!!....Nissan, with no loyalty bonus (go figure). We were told to go home and they would give us a call later...(never had that happened to us when buying/leading a vehicle).
