I saw an earlier review that the staff is very friendly, which was definitely NOT the case. The office person, Michelle, said she would get approval for the procedure with my insurance companies (I have 2). However, it has come to light that she did not do that. It has been denied by one carrier, and she refuses to file it with the other carrier. Since she lied to us, and caused us to have a large out-of-pocket balance, she now demands instant payment. I met Dr. Dorrough in 1993, he helped me pick out a Dr. to do implants and surgery for me. Dr. Dorrough made my teeth for me after my surgery . His treatment was successful and painless. He let me make payments for his services and didn't charge me interest. His staff is cheerful and very nice. I would recommend Dr. Dorrough to everyone.

Very personable and sensitive to his patients' needs. He thinks about what is best for the patient as an individual and treats you with respect. I am very pleased with the care received.

Everyone who works here is just wonderful. They are so friendly and cheerful. Dr. Dorrough himself is so easy to talk to and treats you just like an equal. He'll talk to you about anything. And he's pretty funny, too. He was one of the first dentists in Oklahoma to learn how to do dental implants and is now regarded as one of the very best prosthodontists.
