Check in with receptionist and waited to be called to go to the back. Once in the back it was about 15 minutes before the dr came in. She was very knowledgeable and informative.

I usually hate going to doctors because I feel like they just talk to me and do the bare minimum at times. But, I’m happy to say that Dr. Walbey helped to ease my anxiety from start to finish. She was professional and informative. Initially I was irritated because my PCP referred me to her office and when I arrived, they told me that they no longer accepted my insurance. My experience with Dr. Walbey-Stephens was impeccable! Dr. Walbey-Stephens is well versed in her area of practice. I was referred to Dr. Walbey-Stephens from my PCP. The process of getting seen was effortless, so smooth! I was impressed by the information I received concerning my foot. She put my worries aside as my injury wasn’t as bad as I thought. Dr. Walbey-Stephens was gentle, kind, and very nurturing towards me! I recommend Dr. Walbey- Stephens a thousand percent! You will be in great hands literally! ☺️
