Dr. Lamping is everything that you need in a physician! She is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares for her patience, individually and as a whole. There is nothing like having the support of such a wonderful doctor and I am eternally grateful for this wonderful woman!!
Dr D Lamping is consistent in my office visits with listening, her explaining, and suggesting a specialist if needed. Would highly recommend her to anyone, especially seniors.

Friendly staff and Dr Lamping was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed a very, very rare condition that needed surgery. No other doctor caught the condition.
I have been going to Dr. Lamping for 3 years and always found her to be a good doctor. When I went for my physical late last year, she charged me for an additional visit and said I talked about things out of the physical boundaries. Vitamin D, Hyperlipidemia and Covid. The first 2 I have had as long as I've been seeing her, all she did was refill my RX for my statin, we talked about Covid because I had it but I didn't seek any medical advice from her. My first visit to this office and with Dr. Lamping went well. The office is very comfortable and the staff at the registration desk were friendly and helpful. Dr. Lamping was easy to talk with and I feel good about my next visit. My test results were promptly available on the Houston Methodist MyChart patient portal and the results were very descriptive and easy to understand. Her office responded within a few minutes when I submitted a question about one of my results through the portal.
I like Dr. Lamping a lot. She pays attention to details and really listens. Unfortunately, it is incredibly hard to get an appointment with her as she is always booked up. Calling for a sick visit on the 10th of the month and being told there is nothing until the 16th is typical and really frustrating. But the doctor herself is really great.
Wasted 1 hour in her office. Waited 45 minutes in the exam room while she laughed and talked in the next room. Ask her a couple of questions, her answer left me feeling less than satisfied. After I left and was going over the visit summary I see she doubled the strength of one of my meds. We never spoke about changing anything in fact she said my numbers were good. Time to find a new doctor
