My husband went in to get new lenses put in his Oakley frames, they broke the frames, replaced them with frames that were discontinued, could not get the lenses to fit correctly after going back in 4 times to try and pick up the glasses. I called and spoke with them and was told they would take care of the bill no problem. This was July of 2021. Dr Park is The Best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. She is very caring and she does everything she can to make things better. She really spends a lot of time with me to make sure all my questions are answered. I am very pleased that she’s my Dr. and hope she will be for a long time. I also have to commend her associates…..very friendly, courteous, and they love chatting with you while you wait, which by the way is not long at all. I would recommend her, just ask me!
Dorothy Parks was very unprofessional and disregarding of my son and myself. She would not take accountability for NOT communicating important details about my sons procedure and walked away from us while I was talking leaving her team to clean up her mess. A doctor who does NOT take accountability is a doctor who can NOT be trusted. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I feel sorry for the young ladies who work under her. I took both of my daughters here yesterday and Dr. Park AND her associates/staff were amazing! They listened to me, answered my questions & cared about their eye health/history. I appreciate that they also spoke directly with and asked questions of my children as the young adults/teens they are! Dr. Park has such a casual direct way of explaining everything that she is doing and why! Just a pleasant experience for both my girls and myself. Well worth the drive from Red bank to downtown!
I have been going to Dr. Park since I was a kid and she is amazing. I can’t say enough kind words about her and her amazing staff. You won’t go wrong if you go here!
