Employees should be able to wear masks and gloves during this pandemic. They deserve better treatment.
I used to think they had cool and unique items, but I don’t want to shop there if the employees aren’t even allowed to be wearing masks during the covid19 outbreak and the place is really crowded. This needs to be taken care of ASAP if they care about their workers and customers!
We visited your Springboro store on Friday night. Even though it was crazy everywhere else, your store was calm and mostly stocked. The young man who checked us out was so friendly and polite. We can always count on your stores to have quality products, and thank you for employing such nice people!
I was at the centerville store an hour or so ago. The store was crowded but the employees were as gracious and friendly as they always are. Some supplies were low but were actively being restocked. The store was clean and is being cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day. Everyone was polite and no one was buying a 1000 rolls of toilet paper! Keep up the good work. You are truly a local gem.
Ice market but I was disappointed with an experience we had. We are new to Kettering and hadn’t been there but once. Today our son told us they had walleye on sale. My husband went to get some but was charged $10 more than. Sale price. When he got home we discovered you need a loyalty card to get the price. Most groceries ask if you have a card and offer to scan one for you if you don’t have one.. Not here. Won’t be going back.
