Please please please do your due diligence and get a second opinion. Autoimmune diseases are tricky to diagnose. I understand that, however why do we have to go to the worst case scenario? Our experience with this provider was very disappointing and fell well below the level of professionalism we expected. At my daughter's follow-up appointment, we waited approximately 50 minutes, during which time, the NP, Dorothy, was heard in the hallway engaged in what appeared to be an extended personal conversation unrelated to patient care.
