Our experience with this provider was very disappointing and fell well below the level of professionalism we expected. At my daughter's follow-up appointment, we waited approximately 50 minutes, during which time, the NP, Dorothy, was heard in the hallway engaged in what appeared to be an extended personal conversation unrelated to patient care. Ive seen a lot of providers and not many have been what we expect as patients. This office is very thorough, kind and patient. Willing to take an out of the box approach to help find answers and improve the patients quality of life. This my second rhematologist office and the first was terrible. This place is a breath of fresh air when youre unwell and confused.

Highly do not recommend this office or their staff...Definitely, don't go here, do not recommend them at all. I took a day off from work, paid. The sitter drove over 2 hours to the appointment after confirming my appointment three separate times unrecorded lines. So losing out over $1200 and my entire day I got there at the appointment, and then the staff goes, oh, we don't accept your medicaid from Vermont, I said, I called and confirmed three separate times I have it on recording.
