Dr. Pitman takes as much time as YOU want with her. She never rushes us through an appointment. Wait time in the lobby is always short, so not sure how she does that. My husband and I have gone to her for years. She is down to earth, remembers us, is patient, personable and clearly know her medicine and how to run a business. She has helped get us through numerous medical problems and when we come in, she remembers (or maybe looks up?) our medical histories.
Good listener-hears complaints, observes body language, mentally in tune to your concerns, focust, smart, quick decisions,right on diagnosing health issues. Ie; I wasn't feeling we!!; Blood Pressure was dangerously low, Dr.Pittman looked and observed my body language,her quick action saved my life. She remained calm,ordered ambulance,I arrived at Sutter hospital, heart pacer immediately implaned.Her fast, quick decision, caring, hugs, insures my confidence in " above standard health care."
Dr. Pitman has always expressed sincerity in how I'm feeling, plays an active role in my healthcare and is very forthcoming about my health options, explaining them in a manner I will understand, She has provided financial information which is of a great help in making decisions about which option is best for me.
