I’m not even sure why this has a 5 star rating. This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever worked. I gave this 1 star and it doesn’t even deserve that. The staff groom you at first then stab you in the back. Don’t question management or you’ll be sorry. No wonder they’re so understaffed.
This facility is a joke. Most of the staff are under educated, rude, condescending and if you try to voice your opinion, you better be ready for war because god forbid their authority is put into question. If your loved ones are here, check on them regularly and stand up for their rights.
