The office sends multiple requests for you to confirm appointments by both email and text. Nevertheless, I received one day of notice that my appointment had to be canceled, when it had been scheduled for months. When I informed the staff that I believed this was unprofessional, their response was “sometimes these things happen.” Very unprofessional scheduling and communication. The dentist is good, the scheduling and communication skills are very poor.
I’m writing this for many reasons, primarily because I question the validity of these five star reviews after my experience. They did a damn good job of making dentures look like teeth. A fifty-dollar Halloween costume can accomplish that. Nineteen grant and they are uncomfortable as hell. If they are in my mouth for any length of time, I start to gag.
