Jackals who have qualm with representing slumlords.
In the middle of a pandemic this business is posting ads on Facebook about “how to evict a tenant so it’s easier to flip a property”. This is callous and heartless. It’s no wonder people want to give predatory landlords and the people associated with them the guillotine (not that I would ever advocate that, of course).
Business response:
Our clients are largely small, mom and pop landlords who have invested their life savings and borrowed money into owning rental properties to provide clean, safe housing for families. Our clients rely on rental income to pay mortgages, taxes, utilities, insurance, maintenance and repair expenses on their properties.
