Staff is very knowledgeable and everyone is really nice. Came in to buy a bike for a friend and we had a great time. Derrick is a very nice guy and explained to us how the rockhopper works !
Brought my bike in to install some shifter hoods that I couldn’t put on myself at home. They quoted me a fair price for the work without upselling additional services and Kathy completed the work quickly and efficiently. She even installed an end cap on an unrelated cable to keep the bike running safely, didn’t mention it or bill me for it. This may seem like a small act but it shows the care and attention to detail she has. I will be definitely be bringing my bike back for future service needs, thanks again!
