I have found D'Ornellas staff to be superb in every facet of their knowledge of biking and in their capacity to support new and experienced cyclists get on the road to enjoy cycling. All without sales pressure: just a genuine sense of caring and ensuring you have what you need to get on your bike. Update this is my 2nd review came back to D'Ornellas June 2025 before the long weekend! I can’t say enough good things about Lori Anne at D’Ornellas Bike Shop Ltd. I came in with my Scott Addict RC20 that had been neglected for almost five years and was in desperate need of some serious TLC.
