DO NOT answer phone calls. Put on recorded music and message that you are in line for the next available represetive. Seems that they don't want to or care if they help the vet or not. Seems like that if they leave you on hold long enough you Will either die or go away! I have no idea who decided to make use of the (ID ME) program, but they fixed the Health Vet program that was not broke!
