Dormans has been of great service to my family and the Business I work for. This Family business has been around for 30 years and in my experiece they treat everyone fairly. Marie, Rick, Derek and Tony are there to answer any questions or concerns and provide a great experience to all.
Great experience Jed was an amazing sales associate. He was knowledgeable and honest.
So I picked up my brand new car today . Chris and Jen and the most friendliest dealership people I’ve ever met. Chris helped me pick out the right vehicle for me and I am so great full. I highly recommend going to Dormans if your in need of a new vehicle.
If you want a car that’s going to give you problems and an auto sales company that’s going to tell you to stop coming to them to fix it, then Dormans is the place for you! Check engine light and transmission light came on 2 weeks after I got my car but they didn’t find the problems until AFTER my warranty expired. This place is one of the worst DO NOT GO TO DORMANS
I highly recommend this place (434 Prospect Street, Pawtucket) for all your car needs. I remember seeing a quote in their office that said, "We make friends by accident or through accident," and that's exactly how I felt. After my car was involved in an accident and towed to their yard, John Martins took care of everything.
