We rented from Dorman Real Estate managed by Mandy for 3 years for a cute little cabin in Woodland Park. I am usually a bit leery about property management companies due to a few bad experiences I have had in the past with very slow maintenance and having to fight to get my deposit back even when I left the rental in pristine condition.
