Update: just found out that all of the tenants are paying 139% more now as of next month, $395 A MONTH, because they took out a $500 thousand loan 2 years ago that nobody knew about to repair 40 years of negligence. Dorman are LAZY CROOKS. Deanna Sicurella was my property manager and never made an effort to return my calls or make any positive change. They all hide behind their emails and receptionists while never showing face or talking to you. I rented an apartment in a 3 story town home. The place was a disaster on the outside but I kept my apartment cleaner than any place I've ever lived on the inside. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! We had to break our lease early and despite complying with all their early termination fees, paying two months rent while waiting for it to get rented and all the other fees. They kept over $700 of our deposit! I would like to commend Reagan Lopez for exceeding expectations as an employee of Dorman Property Management. As a tenant of a Dorman property I at times needed clarification of an issue or help understanding the lease. Reagan was consistently prompt and precise in providing answers, always courteous and knowledgeable in her communication with me. She deserves special recognition as someone who is an asset to this company.

I have been an owner with Dorman for over 6 years. They have always found great tenants and have handled any maintenance issues easily. Ms Raegan, my current manager, was the best, but they all have been great . Highly recommend.

Rented from them for just over a year. They are great while you're going through the rental application and up until you run into any issues. We reported an issue around Easter 2018 for broken water heater. It wasn't fixed until the end of July. That is right...it took over 2.5 months to get a water heater fixed. They made us use the water shown in the pictures below to bathe our 1 and 3 year children. I think the pictures (see captions) really say it all.
