I went in with two other ladies for haircuts as we walked in we weren’t greeted. There was no available seating and we were standing looking where we could wait had to ask if we could seat in a small sofa towards the back. We waited an hour and asked how many more people were in front of us they said they had one more as there was a bigger group of ladies all getting cuts. i wasn’t greeted upon arriving and after waiting an hour i decided to leave as no one was giving me a service and its first come first serve and they let a well known customer of theirs ahead after telling me i would be next. do not recommend
