I highly recommend if you go to this practice that you find another dentist and get a second opinion on any work she tells you you need. I went almost a year ago and was literally crying in the chair while she told me every filling I had done in the last was bad, I had 10-12 fillings that needed to be done, 2 crowns, I needed deep cleanings and a night guard. Ms Snyder, the treatment you received in this office is without reproach. You make several allegations of unethical behavior that will be reviewed by outside sources to ensure the integrity of this practice remains in tact. If you wish to come to the office and discuss this matter with your current Dentist and Dr Ferres that is easily acceptable as the extensive diagnosis that you were provided was made in your health's best interests and nothing more.
It is a shame this practice is tacking on a $20 per patient per visit COVID fee. Per your email " Keep in mind that none of this was our idea but was required due to Federal & State guidelines to keep our patient’s safe during, and following, the COVID-19 Pandemic." Extra precautions and sanitizing is the cost of doing business !! You should feel blessed you are able to conduct business again, many people are still out of work. She is kind, gentle, fair, she gives great Novacane shots. sweet personality. over all perfectionist. everything you would want as a dentist.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ferres since retiring from Pittsburgh to Vero;and consider her an outstanding person; knowing that she will be there for me 24/7. She is kind, gentle and understanding of my requirements, and does not pull any punches! She and her staff exceed all of these qualities.
She is a very good dentist and has a great staff working for her.
