I had positive experience with Dorion & Associates 4 years ago. However, since I moved back, the clinic has changed. The scheduling and communication is awful. (1) First, my appointment was cancelled last minute due to a hurricane warning (which didn’t happen eventually), the clinic never called or emailed me back to reschedule a new time. (2) I rescheduled by myself. When I came in on the appointment day, they told me I had to go home because the hygienist had an emergency. Never a delay. Friendly knowledgeable staff. No one likes going to the dentist. This is the only place I have never felt a sence of dread. They are phenomenal

I have been a patient at this practice for almost fifteen years. All of the major procedures, especially the gum grafts, were expertly performed. Everything was explained thoroughly in advance of the procedures, costs and insurance coverage was worked out professionally in advance, and I was always made to feel comfortable. The hygiene and periodontal care given there has kept me out of surgery for years and I am grateful for that. And you will not find a better administrative staff. Great experiences there.

Excellent 1st visit for an assessment. Dr. G. Was very thorough and explained everything in an easy to understand way. The staff were friendly and professional.
