We have been running the D 350 3 phase for a year and half now, and it has exceeded every expectation. The machine is extremely reliable, been working flawlessly every day with out issue. So I got this paper in the mail For Frito lay and Dorito advertisement, they supposedly pay you to put their decal advertisements on your car. There was a check in there and it come from this address? I don’t think Frito lay and Doritos has anything to do with saw mills and equipment….
Good experience with the sales representative, but the girl that answers the phone spoke to me like I forced her to work there LOL She is annoyed upon answering the phone and was unhelpful each time I called and asked for a receipt. Still haven't received a receipt. I think that's pretty unreasonable considering we paid thousands of dollars
We purchased our first Doringer D350 directly from them about 25 years ago. Our current production/cutting needs can run between 50 to 100 cuts per day. For well over a decade we exceeded triple that average and have just recently felt it was time for a much deserved service. They had our saw picked up, totally refurbished, and back to our shop in less than four business days! This type of quality product and service is usually unheard these days. Despite not purchasing a new saw directly from Doringer, their customer service was excellent in helping us get our old semi auto cold saw fully operational. Parts were shipped same day and we were back up and running quickly.
