RecommendedManagement team here is always friendly and willing to answer any questions, and help with any issues. Maintenance is always quick. I had a leak coming through my roof and they made sure to do everything to get it fixed quickly and work with me on when they’d be there, what furniture I needed to move, etc. They re-finished my countertops without any resistance. The rent prices here can’t be beat for the square footage and location. Best apartment community I’ve lived in.

Over priced and horribly maintained. Their inexperienced and lazy maintenance crew can’t maintain the only decent amenities they have to offer... the pools. The pool are constantly closed due to their laziness, or green due to the same, or the light is hanging out dangling in the pool when it’s actually open. You can’t plan a day off at the pool here, because it’s closed so frequently. The workout room is a pathetic excuse of an amenity and shouldn’t even be advertised as such, it’s an embarrassment.
