I rented from Denis (as realtor for LL), and he charged me for things that were not my fault and should have been considered wear & tear. It is not my fault, LL had Samsung kitchen appliances that would go bad. First within less than a month of me moving in the fridge stopped working. I was a tenant of Denis for three years. I have nothing but good words to say about him and his team. He is beyond helpful and honest for anything I needed. My landlord lived in another state so Denis was my main line of communication. He has the nicest handy man that comes to your house to fix any of your needs. They have managed a condo for me turn key since 2012 and I have never had to worry about dealing with repairs or even paying anything out of pocket. They have always itemized all expenses against future rental income and the entire process has been extremely easy and efficient.
