Personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. I couldn't ask for a better ortho.
Got foot surgery done by Dr. Reid a couple months ago. I had concerns early on postop but she denied there were any issues. Then my next three postop appointments were each separately canceled last minute without giving me notification. I met with another Kaiser orthopedic surgeon; apparently the type of surgery done was not the correct approach, didn’t correct the initial problem, and will have to be corrected.
