I can hear conversations, phone vibrations, crying children, dogs walking, toilets flushing, people showering, and basically any noise from everyday life. Within my own unit I measured 70-85 dB from other units. - Airbnb/VRBO/Vacasa: A lot of the units are rented out to Airbnb/Vacasa/VRBO.
