Great BBQin'! We bought marinated teriyaki steak kabobs and cajun shrimp kabobs. The staff at Dorflers were very friendly, Stephan and Keith were so helpful while making our selections. The kabobs were extremely easy to cook for a party of 8 with no stress or preparation mess. The meat was tender and everyone loved the delicious flavors. We'll for sure be back!
Amazing Skirt Steaks Recently I picked up a bunch of their marinated skirt steaks for a BBQ I was having over the weekend. To say they were a hit would be the understatement of the year. They were amazing and perfectly priced. I think I might have to make them the new butcher for all my meat needs.
Greatest meat market in Lake County!! I have been going there from Prairie View for many, many years. When I moved to Winthrop Harbor, I still go there when in the area, but especially during holiday time, when I want the best beef tenderloin as possible.
