Sujan is amazing! She has now moved with the relocation of Dorevitch to Wallace Avenue and I had to find the new location because of her, she is very gentle with the tests and manages to find my vein in a single try every time. Thank you Sujan for always being patient and kind with my regular warfarin tests.
Very poor management, I booked GTT test, and after waiting 30 minutes they said there is no glucose drink available and told me to go somewhere else. During pregnancy , its even hard to do fasting and they don’t care about it. They should have at least some humanity towards patients.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came here for a blood test that was clearly marked URGENT. I even asked when the results would be available, and was told they'd be ready by the next day. That was already cutting it close, but fine. But then - nothing. No results the next day. My doctor had to chase it up, only to be told by the pathology lab that the results wouldn't be ready until the day after that. Two full days for an urgent test?! The room is small and not spacious, I feel sorry for the lady who's working there in a closed space everyday 😞 Lovely lady, I didn't ask her name but we had a quick chat because she inserted the syringe so quick and painless for me! She said that it's from 19 years of experience! Thank you kind lady, for doing your job professionally 😊
