Today, I had a good experience at Dorevitch Prahran during my glucose tolerance test. A big thank you to the phlebotomist who looked after me. I believe her name is Shavily (I hope I got it right). She was very professional, kind, and friendly. She clearly explained the dos and don'ts of the test and guided me through the whole process. The blood draws were very smooth and almost painless. Thank you, Shavily, for your excellent care and kindness. I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work!
The staff are so helpful and very professional. The results came back fast and my doctor notified of the results. This experience makes you feel confident of the service provided by this clinic. I give it 5 stars.
Professional, experienced, friendly collector
Waited over 50 minutes to not be seen, with only 2 people infront of me. Never known bloods take so long in my life and not even an acknowledgement from the staff that we were there. Poor poor service.
