Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I was incorrectly double charged and have spent weeks trying to get it fixed. Emails went unanswered, updates were non-existent, and the billing team was extremely slow to respond. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and unable to provide any meaningful information about the status of my case. A simple billing error should not take this long to resolve.

Nurse she took me blood very excellent job no pain and hurt And also she very good communication
Was treated/tested by two lovely nurses today at 8.10am no idea what their names were but they made me laugh.
