Doravitch pathology has such woeful administration support, I would avoid it like the plague. I keep getting invoices that say they need to be paid from over a year ago. They are errors, as these tests were Medicared. To contact them to say that these invoices were an error, I called over 10 times. I could not get through, it would leave me on hold for over an hour! TRY TO AVOID!!! Actually trying to take your pathology test anywhere else is better than here with Dorevitch, I had the worst experience, I had called twice and dropped at the collection centre myself to ask if they could perform one specific test, all said they can do, but after one week of sample collection, they sent me a report said they can’t perform that test! Horrifying ! Even worse the one test that can perform is out the strict time frame, now I have to do both tests somewhere else and double pay those test again. E... read more

A sample delivered within 30 mins and required to be examed with in 1 hour. 8:30am drop off and 1:45pm get tested. I wondered whether they are purposely did this so they get money twice for one results we are looking for. It is also a very hard place to park and find. Drop off place is at the back of the building so we have to double park.

Went to the Glen Huntly rd branch in Elsternwick… one staff member on duty… got there at 7:50 am … at 8:55 was still waiting to be served… ridiculously slow and not clear at all that there was a practice next door with 2 staff members , apparently just as slow?? People were walking out and it was most unpleasant… Doroviych needs to get their act together…. There are other labs in the market and being big does not entitle you to deliver such shoddy service

Absolutely ridiculous. Been calling for 5 days straight. Stuck on line with no one answering. Completed online form again no reply. Literally a system failure. Cannot reach anyone to sort out their mistake. Been invoiced incorrectly and left chasing them with no contact availability.
