Absolutely ridiculous. Been calling for 5 days straight. Stuck on line with no one answering. Completed online form again no reply. Literally a system failure. Cannot reach anyone to sort out their mistake. Been invoiced incorrectly and left chasing them with no contact availability.

There is NO way to talk to a human when you call thier phone number. All options lead to automated messages, with most saying 'visit our website...'. I know you have a website, I need to talk to a human, that's people call.

Ridiculous that they send you bill via text message but you need to be on hold for almost an hour waiting to speak to someone. And don’t waste your time doing the online ‘contact us’ form on their website because they don’t reply to it.

HORRIBLE!!! had an ecg done and was sent my invoice for the bill over the phone. I have been trying to make the payment for the last 2 months and it kept showing up as “error”. I had tried contacting them multiple times over phone, email and the enquiry section on their website. Not one single answer. When I did get through over the phone, the person that answered had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Incompetence galore! Never have I waited this long for test results to be processed and signed off. Are you guys understaffed or what? I wished I went to Melbourne pathology instead.
