Ridiculous that they send you bill via text message but you need to be on hold for almost an hour waiting to speak to someone. And don’t waste your time doing the online ‘contact us’ form on their website because they don’t reply to it.

HORRIBLE!!! had an ecg done and was sent my invoice for the bill over the phone. I have been trying to make the payment for the last 2 months and it kept showing up as “error”. I had tried contacting them multiple times over phone, email and the enquiry section on their website. Not one single answer. When I did get through over the phone, the person that answered had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Incompetence galore! Never have I waited this long for test results to be processed and signed off. Are you guys understaffed or what? I wished I went to Melbourne pathology instead.

Beware of receiving invoices for payment that they have already bulk billed. Please check your Medicare transactions record before making payment for the duplicate invoice. It is a nightmare trying to get a refund from them. I completed 2 cortisol tests which I attended at the Point Cook Centre. One was the morning cortisol test which needed to be completed by 9am and another afternoon test which needed to be completed on the same day before 3pm which was completed on 27th March.
